Pia graduated from Utrecht University with an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development. Over the course of her studies, she developed a passion for participatory approaches to food access and other sustainability issues. This led her to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Community Action Duluth’s Seeds of Success and Stream Corps programs, through which she learned about DCWC Nourish. In her free time, Pia enjoys spending time in nature, exercising, and exploring Duluth with her friends.
