Her work with the Nourish program as a AmeriCorps VISTA Operations Capacity Builder focuses on operational systems, partnership development, and food recovery efforts that expand access to healthy food.

Over the past year, Jenny has engaged with the Duluth Center for Women and Children in several capacities including community engaged coursework, volunteer work, and employment, reflecting the organization’s commitment to multiple pathways for involvement.

Jenny is an Interdisciplinary Studies student at the University of Minnesota Duluth studying Business and Organizational Leadership. She is interested in how thoughtful program design and organizational practices support wellbeing and create lasting solutions within organizations and small businesses.
